Summary: I bought the TP-Link to do wireless viewing and image transfer with a Canon camera. After a download of a special firmware and using a Android app call DLSR Controller it worked. The rechargeable battery holds a decent charge. I didn't use it for its original purpose which is as a travel router. It seems well made and charges quickly.
Pros: The options for on every mode this router has is amazing. I bought for the 4G capabilities and that along works great, but if you want this device to work as a redundant back up to your wireless devices, it will do that. great product.
Cons: It seems like in the morning trying to connect to 4G, it struggles a little and i have to reboot at least once. The rest of the day its just fine.
Summary: The item I purchased was actually a TL-MR11U (the Chinese version), I didn't realise this until I had opened the package. Maybe I should have guessed from the note attached which read "do no hack or flash firmware". The item itself is small, neat and performs very well. I have not measured battery life however following a couple of charge/discharge cycles the battery lasts 6 or 7 hours of light duty.

Summary: Happing Ending.. Have been using this product for almost 15 days and I had a hell of experience after buying this product, i actually ordered it after verifying the compatibility of my ZTE AC2738 Reliance NetConnect Plus dongle directly from tplink customer support. Flipkart asusual did a 5 star delivery as expected but i was not able to connect to the internet.
Summary: Once you have configured it, the device works fine. But the initial configuration might take some time and googling if you are a non techie who has no clue what inputs the configuration site is asking you. The battery life while connected to a USB dongle is average and would have loved a better battery performance while on the move.
Please Answer my some questions regarding this product?

Summary: Actually i want to buy that product but i have some questions in my mind.. 1)Whether it will support micromax 3g usb data card with aircel simcard or not? actually i have only Micromax 3g usb modem.. 2)what will be its range (in meters)? 3)about Battary Backup?
Summary: I have only used this a few times, but it definitely works! I have used it with an O2 dongle with a giff gaff sim in it when I went on holiday. I was easily able to connect my laptop and my ipod at the same time and it seemed to work really well. I have no idea how long this product will last, but it does seem to be reasonably well made and does the job.
