  • Summary: As a replacement for my old 2Wire router it far exceeds it in quality and speeds, multiple devices (playstation, computers, phones) all connected really easily and worked within my house with no problems at all. set up with the mini CD was good - the manual method & instructions were poor, swopping to the CD auto install had the system set up within 5 minutes.

  • Summary: I have 30 years experience in IT so setup was easy. Works great with AT&T. I've only had it two weeks so time will tell.

  • Summary: Customer Support was difficult to understand. When I was having issue with setup I had to contact my service provider. Then call back customer service, then I had to repeat the issue again. Once I had the proper setting from my provider customer service kept having me repeat the same steps over and over. They didn't have any other solutions with the setup. I am going to return the product this was a waste of my time.

  • Summary: Replaced my ISP's router/modem with this to save $5.99 per month rental charges. I haven't much experience in setting up routers or modems but I was able to figure this one out in less than an hour. Then I had to reset passwords on all my wireless devices. The TP-Link 600N wireless dual band ADSL2+ modem router has lots of options for desired configulations, some of which I have yet to set up, such as parental controls. Works great and would recommend this.

  • Summary: For the money you can't beat the features of this unit. Need connectivity this has it all, fast and powerful. Need USB it has two ports. Need broadcast power for your wireless electronics this unit has that to. I'm not a tech person but this unit could probably run a small office or business.

Very satisfied! The good Quality product!

  • Summary: Pros: 1) The device arrived in acceptable time (3 weeks). 2) Easy configuration procedure. 3) Working stable: four weeks from the first "power on" without reboot. Just plug and play :) Cons: 1) The Wi-Fi signal too low after 3 beton(concrete) walls 0.15m. But I have not possibility to check it with other wi-fi router to compare it. May be it normal in my environment.

  • Summary: I'm sure this product is excellent, it has everything possible on it anyone could need except me! Not being a savvy user, I ordered the wrong product. Trying to set it up though was very easy & the accompanying mini CD was concise, clear & very easy to understand. Just didn't work for me. Unfortunate too as it is a sleek looking device!

Set-up problem

C.S.T., Amazon

  • Summary: Perhaps the one star is not fair, but I have not been able to set the machine up. With the aid of the cd, I cannot get past the user-name box. Other purchasers' suggestion of 'bthomehub[at]btbroadband[dot]com' had no effect. I then spent ages messing about with BT chat and phone help. They said it should be my 'firstname[dot]secondname[at]btbroadband[dot]com' but that got me nowhere, nor did contacting TP-Link (whose email address on the instructions is dud).
