Summary: Very robust device for small location/satellite branch. Granular control for firewall rules. Not a super easy configure out of the box, but not technically challenging either. Never had an issue with Sonicwall products!
Summary: I have been supporting Sonicwalls for the last few years and am certified in them. I do not work for Sonicwall or Dell. I see that most people that rate these as 1-3 stars are doing so because they expect them to be like a Linksys that they can plug in and forget.
Summary: I've had it for 8 months now. It's a good unit, but I worry about it's life expectancy due to how hot it gets. The software is kinda confusing at times and the RBL likes to block the ISP I have so I had to white list it.
Great product + abysmal support = not a great product?

Summary: The company I work for has been evaluating multiple UTM products for deployment at all of our locations. We purchased our NSA 220 locally from a MSP we've been working with. Our NSA came with the TotalSecure package, so our price was actually in the mid $1000 range.
Summary: I've been using Sonicwall products for years with great results. We recently opened a new office and needed connectivity to our data center and to Amazon AWS via a VPC VPN connection. We had the 220 up in less than an hour with VPN connections to our two other offices, data center and Amazon.
Summary: I bought it for a client who had the TZ210 from the same company and this thing is nothing but trouble. I love all the features, bells and whistles especially at this price point but the thing is just not reliable and the company is a bit on the sketchy side too.
