Summary: The signal kept going in and out. Entirely too difficult to set up (and I work with computers and networking all day long) and unreliable in getting a working connection. The range is pretty pitiful as well. Once I was over 10' away from the router, the signal strength would be almost half.
Summary: Terrible router i constantly get ping spikes and the router drops the connecting about once a day and its never at a certain time of day so u can try to predict it, i cant find any solution to fixing these problems.
Cons: Difficult To Set Up, Slow Connection Speed, Unreliable connection
Summary: I use this at home and like to relax in bed once in a while but the wireless router n300 will not reach that far. Nothing great about this router and nothing good ether I have to sit at my desk still to be on the computer.
Summary: The router is located about 7 feet away from where I normally use my laptop. The connection keeps dropping. If I walk away from the laptop long enough for it to go into sleep mode, the connection will have dropped when I come back. If I power off and then power on any number of hours later, there will be no connection. I've had the connection drop while I was using the computer. I have to power down the router and re-start it.
"Won't work and NetGear support doesn't seem to care"

Pros: When it works right, which is rarely, it works okay.
Cons: Most of the time doesn't seem to work. It can take up to several minutes before my laptop is given an IP address. I wake up my computer, or simply turn off and on the wifi, and I have to sit there waiting for it to eventually connect.
