Summary: well this one i bought was used and wasnt working properly but was under warranty and its getting sent back fixed or i think a new one but supposedly its one of the best routers especially in my house we have alot of electronics, netgear is always a good product
Summary: Let me start off with this, the WNDR4500 is probably The best router you can buy that offers this kind of speed and usability. Cheap wireless N routers do 150mbps Good ones do 300mbps on both 2.4 and 5ghz range Expensive ones get 300mbps on 2.4 and 450mbps on the 5ghz range This router does 450mbps on BOTH 2.4 and 5ghz
Summary: Needed to upgrade my router and this had many good reviews. I have not had it long but it is working perfectly. I did have an issue when I first connected as it apparently had corrupted software. A call to tech service got that resolved and I must say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had with any tech service. The technician spoke clearly, was very knowledgeable, and quickly figured out my level of knowledge which helped speed things along.
Summary: I purchased this router to replace my failed Linksys which was very hard to set up and dropped out all of the time. This Netgear router is a great router, easy to set up basically just plug it in and you're on the net. It also is very fast and I can connect from anywhere in the house and even outside in my garage. After several months now with no problems I highly recommend it.
Summary: Bought it used and have not had any issue with it at all. These are all the devises we use in our house that has wifi: 1 Smart tv, 1 Ps3, 2 Laptops, 2 iPads, 3 iPod touch and 2 Smart phones. There's been plenty of time when we were using wifi on 4, 5 or 6 of those devises at one and the router still preform flawless. The range on this router is also awesome! We love this router and would reconmened to anyone.
Summary: I love it! nowhere nears its advertised speeds.. I dont't even have any devices that have 5ghz, so not really a big deal, nor 802.11ac... I really bought this because it supports UnPn for NAS, got a READYNAS Duo v2, amazing stuff! Super easy setup with NETGEAR Genie, I love it! Get 100MBs+ speeds over the gigabit ports. I just let it manage itself and seems to do a pretty good job.
Pros: super fast gigabit port speeds, decent signal and wifi speeds, NetGear Genie and looks nice.
Cons: 39Mbs to my Galaxy S, 72Mbs to my laptop, not anywhere near the advertised speeds.
