"OK product, absolutely terrible product support."

  • Pros: When it works, it's great but when it doesn't and you need support, you're better of trying to teach a pig to sing -- wastes your time and annoys the pid.
  • Cons: World's worst product support - no product knowledge, no customer empathy, irrational responses and they seem to doctor their logs to hide some of the silly assertions...
