hokiewolf, Walmart
  • Summary: I bought the Netgear C3700 cable modem for my Mom's computer because it was on Cox's approved cable modem list. If you're a gamer....DO NOT BUY !!!

Joseph, Amazon
5 April 2016

Did not meet expectation

Furqan S., Staples
11 January 2016
  • Summary: I am a bit disappointed with this purchase. Even though the router specs say that it can provide upto 340 mbps when connected to TWC network it can only handle upto 100 mbps. This is not a good router if you are looking for speeds more than 100 mbps.

Can’t set IP Address of modem to match existing network!!

J. MCFARLAND, Amazon
15 May 2015
  • Summary: Don’t buy this modem if you plan on setting your IP Address to anything in the 192.168.1.* to 192.168.7.* range. They reserve those numbers for their Guest Network, even if you aren’t using that "feature".

Didn't work for me due to lack of some important features.

T. K. Chan, Amazon
14 January 2015
  • Summary: Works great for Comcast. However, I soon discovered two major problems (at least for me). The year is now 2015 and the first problem for me with this router is that it does not support VPN pass through (out of the box).
