Netgear has seen better days with this wireless router.

Excerpt: I owned this router for about 6 months, and ever since I bought it I have had nothing but problems. Not only is this a very ugly looking router, I personally have had connectivity issues and power issues with Netgear's MBR624GU. I am a very computer savvy person, and I had two other technicians take a look at my home network and they told me that my router was one of the worst on the market, and it is known to have major connectivity issues.
Excerpt: We have had this router before. As a matter of fact we have had several NetGear routers. THey do not seem to last very long for us. I do not know why, but they do not! At first they work really well and our home network goes failry fast but after several months, a year, or two they start slowing down and eventually stop working all together.
Summary: I got this because the support site says it is compatible with the AT&T 875U, THEY LIE! It is not compatible and I have given 3 hours of my life to Netgear tech support that I will never get back. My buddy let me borrow his Verizon U760 and it worked like a champ....then I gave the router to him and I am off to buy a Cradlepoint MBR900, and if you are reading this I recommend you do the same!
Summary: I have always had good results with netgear routers but was a bit dissapointed with this model. After hooking it up I discovered that it didn't support my carrier (US Cellular) so was unable to use it. What ever 3G router you get, make sure it works with your cell phone company! I ended up going with a Cradle Point mobile router that works with my UM185 Modem.
