Excellent PoE Switch

MikeL, Amazon
26 June 2013
  • Summary: This is an excellent PoE Switch for small businesses or homes that do not require a Layer-3 switch. We bought three of them and have had a good and reliable experience with all three. Pros: -- The interface is clean and simple.

Excellent PoE Switch

Ray, Amazon
4 May 2013
  • Summary: I use these primarily for VOIP environments. Normally I use Grandstream GXP series phones. But I've also used this with IP cameras and Engenius AP's. The throughput is very good. The hardware is solid. I've purchased several and have been very happy with the purchases.

Unfortunately, we appear to have received 2 faulty units. First unit had ports 1-12 die within 24 hours. They worked at first.

4 September 2012
  • Summary: Seemed like a nice unit but does not interoperate well with Cisco VoIP phones using VLANs to separate voice/data, so I returned it for a Cisco device. I am sorry to see it go but would prefer a working network.
