Satisfied

Thomas S., Newegg
8 October 2013
  • Summary: It has been my experience that PoE switches have a higher failure rate then standard switches. This switch has a lifetime warranty.
  • Pros: This is a stackable, rack mountable PoE. If you are looking for a switch for a IP based phone or camera system this will fit in many application. The PoE watts per port meets the needs of most devices I have seen so far. The case is solid. The price per port is very good on this switch.
  • Cons: The fans can get a bit loud and this will generate some heat because of the PoE. To me this is a very minor issue.

Great Switch for the Price

Benjamin I., Newegg
26 August 2013
  • Summary: Had previously purchased 1 that has been running our company for 3 years in a tech closet that stays 90 degrees. These switches appear to run great and very stable.
  • Pros: It's hard to find a gigabit switch with all ports PoE for the price. The switch has a typical web interface where you can do several advanced configurations.
  • Cons: Web interface could be better but I rarely need to login into it anyway.

Great inexensive POE switch

Strategic Sourceror, Amazon
22 November 2012
  • Summary: I have 4 of these switches and 4 of their 48 port siblings in my network. Half of them are used for our PCS/Devices and the other half are used for our Fonality Phone system. They work flawlessly.

Great Product

cg, Amazon
22 November 2012
  • Summary: Great product, works exactly as advertised. I have this switch stacked to a Netgear 48 port non-POE switch. Management interface updates automatically and adds the "POE" tab to the menu. Switch has 4 high powered POE ports, the other 20 are normal standard power output.
