Summary: Nice little switch. I was looking for something that offered switch management, PoE, port monitoring, and Gigabit speeds all at an affordable price. This switch meet all of my expectations and then some.
Summary: PROS: Excellent quality, works with my cameras, SFP connections. I wanted the SFP option so I could connect multiple boxes with fibre. SFP modules are extra. CONS: Small size uses heavy duty wall wart. Would prefer larger size and no wall wart.
Great switch but less expensive solution for my setup could have been used.

Summary: Great switch, but lost one star due to price. I got it without much research when in a hurry ordering equipment for my first security video camera installation, and later found 8 port POE insertion unit much cheaper that could have been combined with non-POE switch for same result at lower cost. I do like the two SFP+ ports on this unit which could be useful to run Ethernet fiber transceiver.
Summary: These work well and have no problem sustaining 800mbit/sec (the max I've pushed through them). The fact that you can use them with fiber with an adapter is a great selling point; as our bandwidth provider would only hand off a gig-e connection on fiber. Minus one star for the clunky web interface and issues I've had getting SNMP monitoring running on it.
Summary: We purchased this switch to replace a previous switch that 'died', and also to provide PoE capability for 3 wireless access points. It supports a small number of network devices, and for the money, provides a respectable set of features. So far, we are satisfied with the purchase.
Summary: I bought this switch as an upgrade from my 4-port 100MB hub... talk about a difference! File transfer speeds are way up and gaming lag way down. Everything works as advertised and I definitely recommend it. My only gripe is that the log-in screen sometimes requires a few refreshes to register my input. Other than that, this is a good little device for anyone wanting to get their feet wet with managed switches.
