Summary: Pretty decent switch, I went with this over the layer 2 managed switches because I don't have any PC's at home to run their layer 2 discovery/management application with. One thing to note, while the device does have a static IP, that is secondary to DHCP.

Summary: Power output per port is to low for cameras on all 8 ports. 48V @ 1.25A is only 60 watts= 7.5 watts per port with all powered. This is enough for voip but most ip cameras need at least 10 watts if they have iR.
