Summary: After initially purchasing the GS108E Netgear switch for a gigabit network upgrade, I found that switch to offer intermittently slower data transfer speeds than expected. Based on reviews, I then decided to return it and move up to this GS108T model.

Excerpt: Nice sturdy METAL construction case with bright LED activity lights for each of the ports. Simple to install just follow the instructions or use the CD with the information on it. Just plug and play with the switch to your router and your good to go!.
