Summary: Future proof has ADSL modem (2+ capable) and port for a fibre modem input Both 2.4 & 5 Ghz wi-fi (both can run at same time) Even has the ability to run "guest" wi-fi so friends & family can use your internet connection but not access your home network (you can even alter there speed) Still need to test wireless range but not had any issues yet
Summary: Missed the delivery, once I picked it up it was installed in 30 minutes. I have a number of gadgets I use attached to my system for home use, Sonos, Apple TV etc - along with the traffic required to sustain a home business.
Summary: I have given this product such a high rating as I literally had it set up in less than 30 minutes with 8 different devices. For the less technical people out there it comes with a piece of software called Netgear Genie. This really helps with a lot of the basic setup but you can get more involved if you want to (changing channels, looking at different frequencies).
Summary: I purchased this one week ago because I was having wifi reception issues with my work CCTV and my Panasonic TV's(BBC i player), fantastic wifi, guests had no problems with connection, very easy to set up, Internet connection seems to be a lot faster,I very strongly recommend this even if it is a bit on the price£ side.
Summary: I had to replace my free sky router as the wifi was terrible. This was easy to set up and the wifi is excellent it covers a large 4 bed house with no problem. Although not many products can take advantage of its full speed potential at the moment it still works great with lower graded wifi products.
Summary: This modem router is fantastic. I bought this to replace a failing router and was immediately impressed by the speed at which the modem operates. I had a performance gain of 1/6. I have much better WiFi range around the house and I like the setup gui which offers a large range of features. The one negative about this router is that setup is not for the faint hearted. I'm highly experienced with networking with a general link aggregated network at home (double gigabit).
Summary: I just replaced my D834GT with the D6300. It does the job for me pretty well. On the 5GHz WIFI frequency I attached my sony home cinema, my work laptop and the ipad. On the 2.4GHZ, I have an Iphone4, Iphone5, HTC Desire HD, a dell laptop, an ASUS tablet and a HP laser printer. I has a 6Mbs internet link.
