"Too hot to handle"

  • Pros: When it works, it works. Attractive case design.
  • Cons: Suffers from overheating and resulting signal interruption or slowdown when streaming media on the n-band. Cisco won't own up to it.

  • Cons: RF output is VERY low. 5Ghz band is not usable as short or long distances. Have to disable basic funtions. Not good for SONY PS3 or other media devices. RUN don't walk...

  • Excerpt: Like many of you, I was a big Linksys fan. We use Cisco equipment at work, and it's rock-solid. Unfortuantely, this router is not very good.
