  I need help in connecting my exteranl Hard drive to the router, Linksys tier one support is cluless and they have wasted over 6 hours of my time. Of course they come up with excuses not to transfer me to a higher support level.

  Why is the signal strength varying continuously though only 2.4 GHz band is used and the 5 GHz band is disabled? The firmware has been updated to the latest available on the Linksys website.
