Summary: I'm dead serious. Tis is a great product. i was stupid enough to listen to these morons that don't know how to set up a wireless router and go with a dlink di-784. Man was i dumb. that router caused nothing but lockups, and screwed up my cable modem, even after the firmware upgrades i did.
Summary: This is a great router for home wireless internet. It has both A and G wireless. It took some time for me to set up and i have to reset it once every blue moon but that takes 30 sec. and is no problem.
Summary: The installation was a sinch- the disc included takes you step by step through the set up. Strong, excellent signal. Can be picked up by all computers in the house. Needs to be "rebooted" (unplugged and plugged back in) about once every 2 weeks, but that is my only complaint. Highly recommend.
Summary: The Linksys WRT55AG router is a fabulous router for several reasons; it's ease of set-up and use, it's reliability, but mostly it's versatility. Not only does it serve as a wireless router, but it has four ports to connect to with the traditional RJ45 network cable, which means expandability.
Summary: I've been using this Router for several months. Easy set-up. Provides broadband internet access for my desktop and laptop. Very stable ; has never been a system problem. Just one of those components that you install and forget.
Summary: Bought this ages ago - dont even know where it is in the sense, in use, but dont know where it is. Not a problem at all. Must have been easy to set up as I dont see clumps of hair around the router!
Summary: I give this unit five stars if you are technical. 2 stars if your not. I have installed three of these with no problems. Here are the rules: 1. Get a rev 2 router. The package should have Copywrite 2004 on it. Not the broken 2003 copywrite package, rev 1. 2.
