Summary: I bought this item from Sam's Club. I had a prior dlink router (dir-615), which worked well, but the only problem was that I had bought one of those Nettalk Duos to replace my Vonage. I couldn't get the Nettalk to work w/ the dlink router.
Summary: this product is so horrible!!!,i bought it 2 days ago and installed it,had problems, so i called the customer support,it became worse,they could not fix the problem so they advised me to return this product and instead they tried to sell me a much higher price wireless router.i could barely...
Summary: I've been using this router for over 9 months now, and it is a total headache! Even though it has great speed (802.11n) and range, it ALWAYS disconnects the Internet if the router is idle for a few minutes.
Don't buy this! Simple really, just buy something else...

Summary: Couldn't agree more with most of the negative reviewers. Bought this on name-brand recognition after my 4 1/2 year old dlink died. Installation was impossible without tech help (and I am in IT!
Summary: The thing was defective I received it in the mail on time and had my friend to come and hook it up and it wouldn't connect I then had cox communications come and try to do it for me and they said it was defective. I was refunded my money in a timely manner and had no problems!!!
Summary: The instructions were vague and those that we found were difficult to use. After installation the printer had to be switched on before the computor or the system had to be re-booted. Found by trial an d error, no mention in the "instructions".
Summary: Good product and works well once installed. The disappointment is the quality of the included installation leaflet, hard to read and understand. The use of the disc is essential. Even then my problems weren't resolved so I then ended up telephoning America for assistance which took a further 30mins...

Summary: I bought this router with the idea of upgrading from my ageing Belkin router. I assumed that in the last five years there would have been a big improvement in the performance of routers, particularly a device that is advertised as Wireless N. I was sadly dissapointed.
