Summary: Hey, it's not all bad with this router. The worst case scenario is that the router would blow up in my face as I'm plugging it in. And that didn't happen, so this router deserves at least one star because it didn't kill me.
Summary: Worked ok for about a month and then would make my internet go in and out. I would have to reset it daily to surf the net for a couple of hours. Then have to reset again. Aggravating as hell....... I am an I.T. guy and was in a pinch and bought this refurbished piece of garbage.
Summary: Set it up and it didn't work. It would repeatedly disconnect my phone laptop and xbox from the network and it would do so every ten minutes. Frustrating. So I just bought an $80 dollar one and paid for quality.
Cons: Signal kept dropping and running hot most of time. Download speed when tested is slower than other cheaper/non brand name router. One would think Cisco being a network company would make a good or at least decent router. WRONG!!! Way to ruin your company reputation, Cisco! Avoid their product peo...
Cons: dropped connection daily. did everythig to fix it . MTU value, B G and mixed signal, reloading multiple drivers for it to work with my printers. in other words NO WIRELESS FIDELITY. HIGHLY UNRELIABLE NOT WORTH even the 20$ i paid for it. i think its a scam that they advertise you are getting a de...
Summary: I'm a great fan of Linksys wireless routers. I have a closet full of older WRT54G models, whose reliability and versatility enticed me to continue buying Linksys. However this model, WRT120N, is without question the crappiest piece of hardware I have ever owned.
Summary: unit did not perform as expected. manufacturer (cisco) thought it might be a rebuilt unit based on serial #. when installed its performance was very inferior to the G router I had installed. The signal strength was less than 50% of the G router it was supposed to replace.
