Linksys RangePlus Wireless Router (WRT110)

PC Magazine
17 November 2008
  • Conclusion: The WRT110 comes at a very low price for a router than can talk to wireless-n clients. But because it has a slightly buggy install routine, slow performance, and little in the way of cutting-edge features, you'd probably be better off paying a bit more for something else.
  • Pros: Low price. Good range. Wireless-n compatibility. Wi-Fi Protected Setup enabled.
  • Cons: Slow performance. Not true wireless-n technology. Slightly buggy install routine. No Gigabit Ethernet. No USB sharing features.

Good Gear Guide.au
28 November 2008
  • Summary: It's not quite an 802.11n router, but it will run 802.11n-based adapters at close to 802.11n speed. It looks good, it's easy to use and it was completely reliable throughout our test period.
  • Pros: Not a true 802.11n router but it offer speeds close to one, very easy to set up and use, looks good, reliable
  • Cons: QoS could be easier to use
