Linksys WRT110 RangePlus Wireless Router

20 October 2008
  • Summary: The Linksys WRT110 RangePlus is an unconventional and stylish wireless router that supplies near draft 802.11n throughput without being an official Draft N router. We like this affordable, antenna-free router for networks where Wireless-G and Wireless-N clients coexist.
  • Pros: Compact and sleek design; affordable; RangePlus technology works with N adapters and offers noticeable enhancement in both performance and range.
  • Cons: No USB port; no Gigabit Ethernet; short one-year warranty.

Linksys RangePlus Wireless Router (WRT110)

PC Magazine
17 September 2008
  • Conclusion: The WRT110 comes at a very low price for a router than can talk to wireless-n clients. But because it has a slightly buggy install routine, slow performance, and little in the way of cutting-edge features, you'd probably be better off paying a bit more for something else.
  • Pros: Low price. Good range. Wireless-n compatibility. Wi-Fi Protected Setup enabled.
  • Cons: Slow performance. Not true wireless-n technology. Slightly buggy install routine. No Gigabit Ethernet. No USB sharing features.

802.11n speed for an 802.11g price.

Good Gear Guide.au
28 November 2008
  • Summary: It's not quite an 802.11n router, but it will run 802.11n-based adapters at close to 802.11n speed. It looks good, it's easy to use and it was completely reliable throughout our test period. We highly recommend this router if you want something inexpensive with which to stream HD video or a high-speed ADSL2+ connection.
  • Pros: Not a true 802.11n router but it offer speeds close to one, very easy to set up and use, looks good, reliable
  • Cons: QoS could be easier to use

Linksys RangePlus Wireless Router WRT110

Komputer for alle
15 August 2008
