Summary: Bought this on the strength of online reviews about its capability to connect an external hard-drive directly. Regrettably I should've looked at Amazon Reviews to realise the nature of this Lemon. Sadly, even contacting Cisco's support desk was of no use, so it was returned within hours of arrival.
Summary: I read the reviews and saw it may be a 50/50 gamble...this product woul not dock with windows seven ... computer would not recognise the router ...Sent back to Amazon for a swift refund...would NOT recommend.
Summary: I purchased this having only had good previous experience with Linksys ADSL routers. The price for this model was cheaper than the model below this - now I know why! Being an IT professional setting these up is normally a breeze but initial setup was poor as the device fresh out of the box needed a...
Summary: I bought this router specifically for the ability to restrict internet access by time for individual devices. The positives: Setup was extremely easy. Could select my ISP from a drop down list and all settings configured correctly. Was up and running in a few minutes.
Summary: Ok, where did my previous lengthy review I submitted go Mr Amazon ?? Only wish I'd read these reviews before buying. This router does not work - plain and simple. I've had months of agro with Cisco and BT pointing the finger at each other and after line tests etc it turns out it it the Router.
Summary: It broke down after only 14 months, after the warranty period had expired. It looks like both the built in DSL modem and the WiFi transmitter failed at the same time. I'll never again buy anthing with the Linksys or Cisco brands (mine was branded as "Linksys by Cisco").
Summary: I've had this modem-router for about three months, and it worked fine out of the box. Today, I've discovered the modem works fine, but only via ethernet cable. The wireless router has completely died.
Summary: This is a good router except for the fact that if you use the "access restriction" functionality (e.g. prohibiting certain websites, or limiting access times from certain laptops), it drops its internet connection every night and needed restarting before it will connect again.
Summary: Having taken delivery of the WAG320n to replace a Draytek Vigor 2800, I started to configure the WAG320 using laptop, side by side with the Draytek, when I was happy I had all the settings, I disconnected the Draytek and plugged the WAG320 into my system, rebooted my main pc and opps, the the DHCP...
Summary: Having just bought a NAS for backup of my computers, I had requirement for a gigabit-based ADSL router, given I'd used all of the ports on the AirPort Extreme here in the office. Having had a WRT54G several years ago which was rock solid, never needed a reboot, and felt like you could throw it out...
