Summary: It is really great product and customer support is also very very good. After installing it with the BSNL broadband Yahoo and espn cricinfo web pages were not opening. but with the simple solutin provided by the CS is resolved this issue. Please follow the below steps.

Summary: It's taken me a while to get round to reviewing this, there have been lots of new models since. I have been using this for some time with no problems. I have an Imac and a pc laptop, both wireless, and no connection issues.
Summary: The seller was brilliant. Shame about the product! Don't buy this product. The wireless is far too weak to be any use at all. Works fine if in the same room but as soon as you move the laptop into another room it fails to connect reliably. I could not use this product.
