Summary: I got the SPA3102 in 2010 to use the free Asterisk PBX to bridge to my Verizon land line for non-SIP Trunk backup in my VOIP system. The Telco connecting FXO on this little box provided the bridge to the PSTN for that backup.
Pros: I as able to integrate this FXO/FXS module into my home asterisk server very easily. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it actually pushed the caller ID info to the analog phones without any extra configuration. I guess that's the power of voip/Asterisk.
Cons: Analog ringgers sound a little funny. Maybe I'm trying to ring too many phones simultaneously. Not really a con, just an observation.
Summary: These devices are very reliable and always ready for action. Phone calls are always crystal clear, just like a land line. Don't believe the hype on other reviews. If you set the perimeters in the settings of the device properly, the device will work like a charm.
Pros: The OS is feature rich. You control whatever you want. One good feature is that the lights on the device will always let you know if you have up-link to the internet or not. In other words, if your modem is not getting internet signal, the lights will be off on the VoIP line. We use the router on...
Good choice for single line with multiple SIP providers

Summary: I like this model for its gateway feature so that my wife can pickup the phone and just dial to make either local, NA or international calls without switching phones or any unplugging/plugging. I have some difficulties setting up.
Summary: I purchased this product 2 month back. It works great. The great feature of this product is you can have one VSP incoming and upto 4 different outgoing VSP. My bill does not go above $5-$7 a month even though I make a decent number of calls every month and no service charges, taxes, etc.
Summary: I am using this mini monster to connect my line PSTN with internet and my brothers from Spain can do local calls thanks to this equipment. I recomend it if you want a nice gateway for VOIP. (it have a FXS and a FXO modules).
Summary: I am using this ATA to hook asterisk up to the PSTN and to my analog wireless telephone. Pros: Works great, very configurable, and quite a capable device. Sound quality on the FXO and the FXS ports is excellent (I did turn the gain up on the FXS 3db to get adequate volume).
Summary: I've been using it for months now. Some of the features I've been using are the ff: I was able to use two (2) voip (static & IVR mode) settings. Also, it's capability to reset to avoid hung in the phone line. Very nice... and I'm recommending it to my clients.

Summary: Linksys SPA3102 is a very good product with many features and a resonable price. It took me 5 minutes to set up for the basic feature, i.e. connect [...]. But my point is, an average user is never going to use all its feature, so why pay price for the features you are never going to use!
