Summary: After a week in operation and not one problem. Replaced a Fast Ethernet switch with the refurbished SE2800 and my computer runs much better. Network accesses and fetches are quicker. Great solution for just about $30.00.
It does what it's supposed to do and is easy to figure out!

Summary: This does what it's supposed to do and is easy to figure out. The main issues that I've had with it are: (1) It tends to tip over when there are a bunch of wires plugged into it; and (2) There are no indicator lights on the front of it to indicate that it's working. Re: (1), perhaps try velcro tape to keep it affixed to wherever you place it. Re: (2), if your Internet is working, it's working.
Summary: Its a switch lets be honest the technology on these things is OLD. Its pretty hard to screw it up. This things works as its supposed to just fine. I would buy another one no problem. If you have issues with this thing its 1 of 2 things either 1. You dont have the knowledge to hook it up correctly (Which would be next to impossible since you literally plug in power and plug in ethernet cables its pretty simple) or 2.
Excerpt: We purchased this switch after our previous switch kept dropping users and the connection to our server. So far it is working great- we haven't had any connection issues and the set up required nothing special. We plugged it in and it was running immediately.
