Summary: Received the EA2700 wireless router promptly as promised by Cisco Products representative. It came with a CD, which handled all up-loadable information to activate/connect to the internet. The router is much faster than an older Linksys router, and it handles two X-Box 360's, two Ipods, and a desk-top computer with no buffering. We are 'totally' satisfied with the speed.
Summary: Bought this 1 yr and 2 days ago and been having issues with it since I got it. Tried Tech Support at least 5 times including tonight and each time they did not know what they are doing. All reps were from out of the USA and don't know nothing and only follow what the computer in from of them tell them to do. Spent a 1/2 hr tonight to be told that I have to pay $30 for 1 support and 15 days if the issue comes up again.
Summary: A friend of mine recommended it as a good equipment to improve performance of the Internet in his 2 floor house. So, I contacted you and purchased this item. It NEVER showed ANY improvement AT ALL in my house also of two floors. Somebody of this company wrote me a letter with some indications of hwo to solve the problem but neither it worked ! What I DEMAND now is that you receive this equipment and I will send you it where you indicate.
Summary: This is an excellent router. It was easy to setup. The range is fantastic. And the speed if data transfer with multiple devices running was superb. As well, it is very slim and fits easily in many places. I would definitely use it again.
Summary: refurbished - came in what appears to be mint condition - very easy set up - just go to Linksys support pg and download most current install app on your laptop - or do it from your phone or pad - just has to be a wifi connectable - and after the easy follow through instruction you are password connected and ready to go - excellent speed - is gigabit (10/100/1000) - and my signal strength is excellent. terrific bang for the buck ratio.

Summary: I was connecting this to my Uverse connection, but I was never able to get more than 3 MBs downloads, the same as my upload speed. After several calls to Linksys, the refurb router could not be fixed. I get 12MBs into the router, but the wireless performance was never able to be improved upon.

Summary: I purchased two. "LIT" the first one up , configured etc... and for the life of me could not get the 2GHZ radio to work. 5 was fine and I did everything I could think of (upgrade firmware, downgrade firmware, reset etc...) and was not able to get the 2GHZ to light up. Plugged in the 2nd EA2700 and both radio's worked fine and have been up and running for a week. I am returning the non working unit and will replace it with another 2700.
Super Value - This was a refurbished unit. Don't spend more.

Summary: Linksys was easy to set up. My previous router was a 7 year old Netgear. I find that my upload and download speeds exceed that advertised by my ISP. All my devices work fine with Linksys but my only complaint is that one laptop (Dell) in the house will now routinely lose it's connection shortly after I open my browser. It never used to have that little quirk although once it has found the router it stays connected and has nice range.
