Summary: I have had this router going on more than a year now. ZERO issues expeirienced. I mainly use the router for online gaming and wireless internet from time to time. My Xbox, cell phones, and computers all connect to it with Zero issues and signal strength is always good, no matter where I am in the house. Matter of fact I have go across the street and still have good strength haha. I used to have a net gear router, that thing would aggrivate me to no end!
The best router, at the best price for your home network.

Summary: I just bought this router refurbished from linksys to upgrade from my WRTG54 (which I believe was one of the best routers of all time), and it came in a box like it was brand new. The packaging would make you swear it was bought off a store shelf brand new. It was clean, scratch free, and finger print free. The router itself had a clear protective plastic cover adhered to the surface, and the Ethernet cable was wrapped and twist tied twice.
Summary: This item has very good range and is fast if you use it for downloading data only. Routers need to do more, however, and that is where this router fails. We have a Slingbox at home, and use it to remote access our TV, meaning we download the video stream from home and the home router needs to upload the stream. We also do this in the bedroom from time to time, meaning the router needs to upload and download at once.
Summary: This is my 3rd and last E1000 router. All 3 have bit the dust after 6 months of use, whether refurbished or new. I cannot say enough bad things about this router. It is unreliable, constantly needed to be reset and simply just dies after a certain amount of time. I have replaced this router with an Asus RT-N16 and have not looked back. Ever since Cisco bought Linksys they have gone down hill. I will never purchase another Cisco or Linksys product again.
Summary: Linksys E1000 is a great choice for people who plan to buy a Wireless Router For Home Use use and do not need advanced features like NAS server or Dual Band, the router is easy to setup and configure ,offering solid performance for 29 bucks , it could be a great deal.
Summary: This router is terrific. It installs easily and can be managed easily. It works so well that I bought a second one as a back up. Never know when even the best might break down. I highly recommend it.
Summary: The delivery came next day, even though I chose 2 day - this was good, very good. It appeared to be in pristine condition. What I didn't realize was that since it was refurbished, the original disk that it came with wasn't any good. In the end I had to connect via phone to Cisco service department. After 10 minutes and $10, all my wireless devices were connected. I would have liked to know this in advance and saved valuable time.
Summary: It works very well when only a couple of devices are using the wireless router. When there are multiple devices it will start to become slow and will start to lag. Overall, it was a good price for a decent product.
