Summary: On 8/2/15 I purchased the Linksys EA6500 router. The WEB site described it as a VERSION 2 (two) model AC router with two USB connections. The pictures on the WEB site, when enlarged, clearly indicated two USB-3 connections as they were both blue in color indicating USB-3.
Summary: This product was a nightmare to configure, and after configuring it, it's limited. You can't use no-ip.com to configure dynamic DNS, it only allows DynDNS. Documentation is really annoying and unaccurate. Do not bother with this.
I have a 1200 sqft home and let me tell you that signal is horrible! The six antennas may as well be 1

Summary: I should have paid attention to all the reviews about this router, but chose to not do so because refurbished products are usually put under more testing that normal manufactured items. I have a 1200 sqft home and let me tell you that signal is horrible!
Summary: I purchased this router years ago when it was new to market. At that time, I was a Linksys fan and considered Linksys top of line. I'll give this router 2 stars because it has performed basic routing functions well, but problems arise when you try to use the parental controls.
Summary: I got this EA6055 linksys router in Dec. 2013, it was easy set up , i was losing connetion the first few weeks i called the cable company they said do this and do that,it works for few week and then the same problem.they said i need a higher speed, i upgraded the net.
Summary: I bought this router to make my streaming of video throughout my home a non-buffering issue. It worked great for a couple of weeks and then like other reviews it started dropping connections left and right. I checked for firmware upgrades and reset numerous times.
Summary: The Good, USB ports, ease of setup and updating the device. Guest network access. The Bad, Poor Wifi signal for this unit. I have an older Linksys WRT-54G that has a better radio than this. The Ugly, For the price point this device should use DFS.
Excerpt: I bought this router after I returned a Netgear router. I expected better from Linksys. I've been using Linksys routers for many years and this is by far the worst router I've ever owned. Signal strength is worse than my older router.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Fast Connection Speed
Cons: Drops Connections, Signal Strength Is Weak, Slow Connection Speed, Unreliable connection
Excerpt: The first one I took home had to be returned as inoperable. The second one needed three and a half hours of tech support from Cisco before we could get it to work. I have finally, after two weeks got all my wireless units connected and operating properly. Two laptops, two printers, and two Roku.
