Summary: Useless product for me, I cannot hold it against Linksys specifically but when paying $150+ for a product you expect features, features that this product did not supply, As a web-host it is incredibly important to have a feature known as "NAT-Loopback" allowing internal access from your outward facing (WAN) IP address, something this product and all other AC routers I have tried do not allow... for "Security" reasons...
Pros: This product is fantastic in almost every way, the 5Ghz is especially fantastic giving me 100+mbps down-stream to my mobile devices, and the GUI is intuitive.
Summary: I had this less then a year when it started to cycle on and off. It would reset to factory setting too. Call customer service for repairs or replacement. After several calls they would not stand behind there year warranty. But they would sell me a new one at a reduced price. Don't wast your money stay away from linksys or cisco.
Pros: It works great on the 5gig network(AC) which only the newest phones and computers are equipped to pick up the signal. (Even new computers/laptops don't have the new wifi card in them)
Cons: Everything, this router is awful in every way the signal is horrible the speed is decreased to dial with this. Do not buy this horrible router. Customer service is horrible and you have to pay 30 bucks to have them help you.
Summary: I have used this router for 2 yrs now, and looking to replace it. When it works it works, but it likes to reset, so you have to setup the wireless again and again. Sometimes after power loss, it does not boot back up right away, and you have to leave it unplugged for awhile before trying to setup again. Seems the signal strength between the 2.4ghz and 5 ghz bands fluctuate where one is more powerful than the other at times.
Stay away - drops connections like there's no tomorrow!

Summary: I had this router for about a year and a half and it's been nothing but trouble. Even after going on-line and changing the settings and the channel, it still drops the connection time after time after time. I'm a good sport and know that technical devices often need a good reboot, but this was ridiculous.
