Summary: Good solid quality switch. This replaces some cheap home switches who's performance was gradually degrading affecting overall network performance. Don't underestimate the value of a good switch.

Summary: I've had three of these switches in use for probably a couple of years now, just ordered 3 more. At ~$60 apiece, they're more than the entry-level cheapies, but have been super-reliable. The only issue I've had has been with some TrendNet gigabit fiber transceivers, having to power-cycle everything to get the fiber links to come back up after a power failure.
Summary: This is a great switch that does exactly what you expect, nothing more, nothing less. I have been using this switch for about a year and it has continued to work flawlessly. I have had a previous model of this switch for a few years. This model and the previous model are both great at performing basic gigabit switch duties, continuing to work and not taking up much space.
Summary: I am an IT Pro and these switches for the price are great. These switches are the next step above entry level and they do a great job. For small offices these are great. They are unmanaged switches which means sometimes you might need to reboot but unless you want to pay big bucks for managed switches these will fit your purpose. Before using these switches I was rebooting every week and now hardly at all. They have taken a lot of work out of my job.
