Summary: Nothing fancy to write up; it's small, easy to set up, works fine, and has a good range. It reaches an office that's below my appartment and about 30 yards away. It lights up like a Christmas tree if all the lights are off, if that's any concern - I don't mind, I kinda like the pink and blue lights flickering at night.
Summary: I have installed 3 wireless routers before in a breeze - no problem! This one requires that you're some sort of a computer geek with advanced knowledge to set it up. All the reviews that said that it was easy to set up is not true. And towards the end when it was sorta all finished being set up, it doesn't even work.
Cons: Did not work, Difficult To Setup, You need to be a geek
Summary: The setup isn't the easiest, especially if you are setting up a N-only network. I personally had no problems optimizing it for N-only and the payoff was excellent throughput and very good stability. This was for my GF so I didn't need a DD-WRT router here. Really an excellent purchase. I had tried the D-Link DIR-601 earlier for her and it was just pure garbage. You can't go wrong here if you need a simple N router.
Summary: I saw the ad of this Engenius wireless router and wanted to try different from regular Netgear and Linksys wireless router. And my choice worked out great! It was an Excellent choice and i never had to regret. The router was compact and is performing great for my home needs. If you are looking for a cheap and reliable router dont think twice, simply go for Engenius wireless router.
