  • Pros: Purchased 10/16/2012 Using in the home as one of 2 switches. The other switch was bought on Newegg (TP-LINK TL-SG1024D). Using both with a router running DD-WRT.

  • Summary: Overall this is a very solid purchase, it can of course be improved upon but for the price it can't be beat as is! 24 gigabit ports are fantastic to cover a 24U case (But -1 or more for WAN I guess) or your personal LAN parties!
  • Pros: Gigabit, every single port! Tested a majority of the ports simultaneous gigabit throughput. Comes with really nice and sticky rubber stand-off feet, perfect for if you aren't rackmounting it. Comes with nice brackets for easy rackmounting. Responsive store and forward, adds microsecond latency. 1...
  • Cons: Unmanaged, would have liked to have some routing options, but can't beat the cost... SPF only gigabit, not SPF+, but everything can always be better so no point in dwelling on it.
