Summary: I've been using this Edimax switch since my expensive 3COM switch died about a year ago. We've had great luck with it. We're also using Edimax Cable/DSL router fter two others (Linksys and 2Wire?) died. Couldn't be happier!
Summary: I needed more ports than my trusty netgear FS105 switch provided. This unit is lighter than that metal brick, but it looks good and is working as expected. Great price and I like the crossover cable detection too.
Summary: Actually I ordered an ES3108P and received a ES3208P. But either way, the review is the same (only the ES3108P is black and the ES3208P is white and perhaps a little nicer looking). You plug it in to the power supply, attach your network cables and that's it. No effort. It works perfectly.
Summary: Although the item as delivered didn't look like the photograph I've got no complaints - I just plugged in to the network and power and it worked. There's no marked uplink port so I plugged the Cat5e cable from my router into port one, my print server and PC into ports 2 and 3 and it just picked...
