Summary: This worked beautifully right out of the box, setup was easy and there was a significant improvement in speed and reliability. Coverage around the house was good and all in all great bang for the buck.

Summary: I have bought four of these things now. They are great and do the job but I did have a problem with one of them once. The router would not allow some of the devices to connect. I Reset Network Settings on devices as well as restarted them and that did not fix it. I restarted the router, still nothing. When I did a Factory Reset with the Reset button in the back it started working again. That is a real pain, I do want it to be able to store my settings.
Summary: Works well, has all the features you'd expect (and then some). Directions suk though, so you kind-of have to know what you're doing on install. But if you've configured a wireless router before, this is pretty straight forward. Good range too.
Summary: This little router works extremely well. We now get about 50% more coverage at the same frequency (5 and 2.4ghz). Signal is very strong and reliable. I am currently running it in 5ghz mode only so that I can limit what devices use it's bandwidth. Older 2.4ghz routers are taking care of the phones and Nexus 7.
Summary: Router I received out of the box had some old software and it caused issue in my network configuration. I contacted Edimax support and they provided in the same day a solution. That was quite amazing experience. Now the router works without any problems.
Pros: Aren't many here. This really is the example of "you get what you pay for". When I first found this WR on Newegg, it was listed at $109 with a $40 instant rebate. Now I see that it has been priced at $69.
Cons: The range is no better than the poor wireless routing cable modem that Comcast gives you. One wall away in my bathroom, and I lose signal.
