Summary: Does it's Job not bad Range for the money... its small in size which make it nice, i bought for the price and you get what you pay for, a standard connection within the house and a slight signal upstair, which is fair.
I don;t know if the product works, but D-Links service department sucks.

Summary: I won an auction for a D-Link DIR600. I have been having a problem linking this router to my computer. It keeps asking for passwords I don't know. When I called D-Link to see if I could get someone to help me they proceeded to tell me that the router was out of warranty. They then proceeded to tell me that the only way they would help was if I gave them a credit card number and paid to have them assist me with the installation of their product.
Summary: I recently bought this item in order to hook up my xbox 360 plus other pcs to it. God knows how much support you get from dlink in regards to port forwarding mac address set up and configuration (had a bit better experience with Microsoft when trying to get this going). Overall I can honestly say I will never EVER buy a dlink product again.
Summary: Set up was the most difficult thing in the WORLD! Although the item was cheaper than others in the end I would have paid a little more due to the amount of agonizing time I spent trying to hook it up to the internet. I was unable to configure it, and when I called the call center for help, they were rude. I gave it two stars because it actually does work, but again...not worth the pain and frustration during set up...
Summary: Overall, it works just fine with regular tasks and all devices. Great for basic users. However, it does not naturally support VPN connections. This is a recurring issue with some D-Link routers. There are ways to set the port forwarding and firewall up so it'll work with certain VPN clientes (Cisco AnyConnect for example), but no love for Cicsco VPN client 4.8, no matter what configuration i use.
Summary: Some people say they've had problems setting this router up but I got it up and running in may be 15 minutes. I did not need tech support. So far it seems to be working fine, I got my ipod and my psp to work with it just fine.
Easy Setup - Good Connection - I dig this router so far.

Summary: I couldn't get my Netgear Wireless Router WGR614 to work and after an extremely long bout of going without one I decided to try once more again and ended up purchasing this router, the cheapest one on the shelf at a local electronics store. Being able to compare the installation process with another product, I found the D-Link Router to be highly user friendly for an average skilled computer user.
Summary: I'm not sure why others have had such a hard time configuring the DIR-600. While I don't think the web interface is laid out very well, I did find it straightforward enough to get going within 10 minutes... The wireless coverage is great and the draft 802.11n speeds are excellent for copying data and streaming video from my Windows 7 Ultimate system. Plus, it can be configured for Open NAT so it runs perfectly with XBox Live.
