I had to perform this "fix" weekly and then more and more often until I became too annoying to use

Summary: Well, the 8 port switch (GO-SW-8G) almost lasted six months. I started noticing issues when my Fire TV would lose connection while watching shows/movies. I could resolve the issue by unplugging the switch and plugging it back in.
Summary: This device is great. Basically you plug it in and it works! Make sure you use gigabit ethernet cables and a gigabit router so that your connection speed doesn't suffer. As long as you don't need more than four extra plugs in the area you are adding this to, this switch is perfect!
Summary: It's an eight-port gigabit switch. It seems to work fine; as well as any other gigabit switch I've used. I'm taking off a star for primarily two minor shortcomings: 1. The lights are tiny and have a limited viewing angle.
Summary: Part of my IT laptop. I deploy a lot of storage equipment and it often comes with default IPs and/or auto-discovery through small apps you have on your own machine. Easy enough, if you connect to the same subnet. At a customer site, you can't guarantee easy access like that.
Summary: Bought in February because I had a few devices (desktop PC, Raspberry Pi, Ouya) that I wanted to use on wired ethernet and the router was on the other side of the room, so I only wanted to run one cable along the baseboard molding to the entertainment center.
