Summary: The range on this device is horrible! On a wired connection I get around 150 Mbps. Standing directly in front of it on WiFi I get around 52 Mbps. One room away I goes down to 30 Mbps. Two rooms away it looses signal regularly but when it does connect its around 10 Mbps.

Summary: The router arrived in good condition. I was unable to get it up and running, it is not "plug and pray". Calling the help desk was a challenge, with a string of selections to make and guess what, when you talk to a live person you are in the wrong dept. and get dropped and have to start again.
Summary: Complete waste of money. Hooked up side by side with my cisco router. Dlink broadcasted 12mbps. Cisco 79.3mbps. Not even close. Also drops signal every 25 min like clockwork! Keep the router you have and just open up ports for "cloud" access. This is a huge POS!

Summary: Didnt believe the other reviews and went and got one. Seemed great on initial install, nice strong signal etc. 1 week later, cant get a consistent strong enough signal to see the 5 ghz upstairs in the bedroom, but basically DIRECTLY OVER THE ROUTER.

Cons: work for about 3 weeks, then it locked itself, could not get it to work, loaded new firmware 104, and nothing, did a reset, connected by Ethernet but not wireless had to dig out an old Linksy that never failed, got this because of the gigabit and never worked.

Cons: my previous review got manufacture responded and asked me to update to "the latest firmware (1.03)" My router came with 1.04, do I have to "down grade" it to make it works? I can see that whoever responded to my post may not really know the product issue as well.
Summary: Other's have have better luck than I have D-Link Support but I've found them to be non-existent. This is the 2nd D-Link product that has failed me in the past couple years (the other arrived defective) and I'll no longer humiliate my self by even attempt to contact their Customer Support.
