Summary: Hi everyone: I had this router for the last 2years. However, I changed my IP provider today and the router stopped working. I called D-Link and talk to a lady name Ivy in technical support. This was my best experience talking to technical support agent. She was extremely nice, polite, and caring.
Pros: I like my tech support from D-Link from Miss Mae representative # AR004224. She did excellent job to set up my initial D-Link wizard. She has great knowledge of configuring the network. Thanks to her. I like my this D-Link router because it works great and give good signal.
Summary: The signal is only strong enough for one room. If I go into the next room the wifi signal drops to one bar. Also my internet has been somewhat intermittent since installing this device. Would not recommend this.
