Summary: I needed to call up D-Link because I had forgotten how to change the Password. Case #- C6627227 , the ID # for the Tech- AR004228 and her name was Jenny. She was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the process and had me and all 3 of my computers up and running in less than 5 minutes. I am more than happy with my product and tech support. 5 Star all the way. It you do not want to spend a arm and a leg on a wireless router,..but this one.
Pros: Never a lost connection, easy set up, most fantastic Tech Support, Reliable Company and reputation. I have had this router for well over a year now and have never lost a Internet connection or had any problems with the unit , not one. I'm thinking about buying another one just in case of the off chance it ever dies on me, but I doubt that will happen.
Cons: It did not come a a 3 day trip to Cancun,Mexico, kidding aside no Cons. A very reliable unit at such a low cost, just incredible.
Summary: My old router was still running fine. That should tell you something about thier products. 10 years after I owned my old router they still helped me.
Pros: This replaced my 15 my old D-Link that still ran fine. I stuck with D-Link and I'm happy I did. No trouble to set up if you follow the included instructions. No phone call to tech support required. Powerfull covers every inch of my LARGE 3 bdrm townhouse Essy conncetion to every device
Cons: Parental Controls don't work with HTTPS so I can't block Facebook.
My old higher end Linksys WiFi router had connected to the new modem easily. I guess I just got a damaged unit

Summary: DSL modem "did not see" this router connected and in addition to this problem this router had managed to forget all setting entered the previous day while it was plugged in the entire time. I had returned it. My old higher end Linksys WiFi router had connected to the new modem easily. I guess I just got a damaged unit.
Summary: I set up one of these in a remote office that I support and so far the two people working there are very happy with it. Being able to administer it remotely is a big plus because I don't want to drive an hour whenever they have a problem.
