Summary: It is a pity that a router that whatever it is worth this router for use on 3g and people from d -link is not clear that it is a product for use in North America and Latin Americans who buy on Amazon thinking we can use that router in our nations simply lose money on this product , does not have...
Summary: Useless... Stay away from it. This is a hardware update from the old DIR-412-W but this "hardware update" adds compatibility for newer 3G modems (modems that are not available in most areas) and because of this the hardware update is not compatible with the old 3G modems (the ones used in most...
Summary: This is an outdated device, last firmware release was in 2010, so that means only datacard sticks from 2010 will work, any brand new datacard stick will not work on this device. I would only recommend buying it if you have old datacard that is compatible with this router.
Summary: This router doesnt contain any setup selection for any other country except USE & canada... I traveled to South-Africa, & tried setting up there, but was unable to due to the setup not having the ISP selection for south africa. Had to purchase a new one there...
I would not recommend this item. It does not work as described

Summary: This product does not work as described. It will not work with the UMW190VW wireless adaptor. I spent 3 hours on the phone with D-Link tech support and even spoke with a supervisor. They all could only read from a pre-typed script and troubleshoot in this way.
Summary: The device turned on and I was able to make a wireless connection between it and my computer but my AT&T modems would not turn on. The Amazon advertisment clearly stated compatible with various large carriers including AT&T. The AMAZON statement is an extreme exaggeration of reality.
Summary: The firmware on this router was last updated in 2010. That means if you happen to have a more updated 3G stick (like a E303 Huwawei) that it won't work. It didn't work in Costa Rica with a new ICE 3G stick.
