Summary: Plug in and use, works just fine. Used this one because had problems with a wireless router that was used after my modem router combo. The blue ray could figure out the wireless setup so just got this one and it works great.

Easy to install, supports all Ethernet products, reliable.

Summary: I had Ethernet wired my hold house to support close network for several Computer and Auto video equipment. With that in mind I was able to increase my network, with minimal cost and without sacrificing my security.
Summary: This review is for the slightly older, silver/blue/grey versions of this switch (the ones that aren't "green, energy-saving"). I've been using 8 of them and they're all running great. D-Link is most reliable networking brand name for me -- if anything goes wrong, their RMA department is pretty good at sending you a replacement. Anyways, I should be greatly surprised if any of these gives me a problem.
Summary: Item works great! Lives up to everything that you'd expect when purchasing a gigabit switch. I installed the unit in a small network with 4 computers, a D-Link wireless router (DIR_625 - acting as an access point) and a NetScreen 5GT router. It handles pushing large data file from one computer to another like a champ.
Summary: A really good and simple to use product. Price and warranty are fantastic as well (especially when compared to both home and business 5-port switches by Netgear). A highly recommended purchase!
Summary: as unmanaged switches go, this is amazing value for money. it does exactly what is should: it is fast (yes it is!), it is simple to install (plug'n'go) and it is quite nice looking (well...). it also consumes very little power (max 9W) which is a good thing. gigabit for the masses!
