Summary: Great switch, I wired my entire house (16 ports currently in use). Were I to wire a clients house I would use this switch.
Pros: Lots of ports, handles high amounts of traffic, doesn't seem to get too hot. If you're serious about being able to run intensive items with ease on multiple devices this will not disappoint.
Cons: Perhaps the only con might be the indicator lights that are to the side of the ports. I'm used of a traditional 2 light setup right above the port, so at a quick glace you can see which port is down without any question about which port it is.
