Pros: Easy, easy, easy to set up. All web based gui for setup. Runs fast, and 2 extra ports are great for uplinks or connecting another switch. Great for a business with limited or no technical staff.

Pros: An unmanaged switch that is straightforward and easy to administer
Cons: In the RMA process for the second time, about to receive the third one. This unit is being used in a building with frequent power failures, but with power to the unit regulated by a UPS. Summary: As with most Cisco Products, they're easy to setup and operate flawlessly. This particular switch has a multitude of options...most of which I'll never take advantage of, but it's nice to have the option when and if needed. I have employed numerous other switches / routers but have elected to replace those appliances with Cisco based small business devices. It has helped to solve many of the nuisance issues I have experienced over the years.
