Summary: I have had this wireless router for over 3 years. The WiFi range is terrible - not just bad! It had capabilities for port forwarding and advanced user configuration until a few weeks ago. Cisco in their vast intelligence pushed an update which took that capability aware - the entire tab was removed.
As usual in such things the website and the initial phone calls were a waste of time

Summary: It took a technician over an hour to install and cost me accordingly. There was an error in the serial number. It took many phone calls and lots of time before the problem was resolved. Now it seems to be working as well as the one it replaced.
