Summary: This is a decent router but good luck getting new firmware updates. I'm running DD-WRT and Buffalo hasn't updated their firmware in over 2 years. The DD-WRT website does not provide a download for this model, so Buffalo is your only option (AFAIK).
Summary: Strength of signal is very good and coverage of entire house is the best of wi-fi units I have used. Recent intermittent failures of unit have disappointed me. I will be returning it for replacement.
Summary: It works as intended, giving you an extended range of wireless capable area, and when combined with the 9dbi gain antennas it is enough for my concrete house. Summary: I learned a valuable lesson with the 2 purchases of this router. I purchased it mainly for the DD-WRT software that you could upgrade and change. Awesome, right? I found out that I hate tinkering with router settings.
Summary: i buy this product because i know that it's have usb port that i can use it with 3G/USB Modem or it can be the USB to connect hard drive as SAN but i found out this is a USA version which is not support for 3G/USB and there is no chance to let it work as i need .

The version of DD-WRT (17140) pre-installed on the router constantly drops connections, fumbles authentications, and supports only slightly better range (in N mode) than my old...
Summary: I'm computer-savvy, but had no knowledge of any but the simplest of routers. The initial setup went smoothly, and I was able to get online with my laptop. However, my wife's iPad® was an entirely different matter.
