Summary: Beyond helping with internet set up the Billion support is non existent.!! Telstra modem works fine however I cannot get printers to route through this modem. Despite 3 emails and 3 phone calls, Billion ignore my urgent requests for help. It is now 4 days and they ignore help requests. I will never purchase Billion again! Update: Printer issues have been solved but Internet stability with the 312U has been problematic.
