Summary: The initial setup was easy and the scheduling worked well but it became frustrating when the WeMo app would randomly insist it couldn't see the switch on the local wi-fi network and I would have to change to 3G just to turn it on or off.
Summary: Just received this WeMo switch and have tried to set it up. ...BUT it will not connect to a network where the WPA pass phrase contains spaces. You get an error advising you of this. Come on Belkin, you really have to be kidding me.
Summary: I just had to reset my device, and now find I can no longer connect it to the network it was connected to before for months because, after firmware/app updates, the WeMo app now refuses passwords with spaces in it.
Summary: Easy set up and worked well initially but every time my Wifi drops the switch has to be manually reset, not much good if I am away from the house. Now I cannot see the switch over the internet, it will only work over the Wifi. Would not recommend or buy another one of these products.
