Summary: When it worked, it worked great. But it finally gave up the ghost after 6 months. Between that time I had 7 or 8 disconnects, the 5 Ghz band stopped showing up in device scans, and it factory reset itself at least twice.

Summary: I ordered this router mid-August and it has completely stopped working in mid-November! Repeated calls to Belkin would yield temporary fixes lasting from less than 24 hours to 1 week. On Friday, November 21, I stayed on the phone for approximately 2 hours with a kind rep who told me if her software downloads failed to work within the next 48 hours to call back and she would send me a new one.
Summary: I received this router on August 19, 2014 and it stopped working 10 days ago. I called technical service and my misery started. To make a long story short, I spent a lot of hours on the phone and my router is still not working. I bought a total of four routers for my properties and two of them gave me problems. The worst part is that Belkin does not really have technical service but have hired an external company to do it.
Summary: I am an experienced network engineer by trade so my issues with this are unlikely to be user error. It was a big mistake to buy this product. I bought this for my home network to replace an old Linksys WRT54G router to take advantage of the newer wireless technologies. This router is a lot cheaper than the Linksys with comparable features and I figured Belkin was a pretty good name so I bought it. Big mistake. Setup wasn't a problem, pretty straightforward.
Summary: First time to have this kind of router, It's not really a plug and play. You have to pay the Technician if you happen to have a problem after 90 days. And when calling their CS, wait time takes 2-3 hrs.
