Excerpt: Our old router finally died about 6 months ago so we got this Belkin Connect N150 to replace it. This one wasn't my first choice but I was looking for something more affordable (cheaper) and this was it. This Belkin Connect N150 features four LAN ports and one WAN port, allowing you to use it with multiple devices at once which is great. This router uses 802.11n technology & features wireless-N 150 technology, delivering speeds of up to 150 Mbps. So far , so good.
Summary: Very easy install and set up. Easy to understand instructions. Great lights that allow you see when wireless is in use and when it is password protected to help you maintain your private network. Also, easy to set up wireless password. The only complaint I have is that the cat cable they send with this could be better. Easy to get a better one though and cheap so I did not let that hinder my rating.
Summary: I cannot imagine why anyone would sell this crap. Surely, after several tests, they would have realised that it is nothing but a waste of money and time. I have two modems and my primary one is a 4 year old netgear which after 3 years of great service, suddenly developed problems largely due to its casing that prevents it from cooling properly.
Summary: All my friends computers can connect with it if they have the password, but mine can't. I have a Dell Inspiron 1545 and can connect to any wireless network except this model modem. As far as I know, no one has been able to connect to it without the password. I won't buy again, but my computer sucks. Other computers should be able to use it fine.
if you need a router real bad, Belkin has a real bad router!

Summary: This router has been an absolute nightmare!!! This router refuses to hold its virtual server address assignments steady, and the server that I run loses accessibility either every couple of days or whenever my family connects with a new wireless device. Configuring it with the webpage is a joke, since the settings apparently don't mean anything. This is a piece of garbage, and no doubt you'll have a few coming to a landfill near you! WHAT!?!?!?
