It works.

  • Summary: I bought it because I had a large investment in 802.11a cards, and I felt that the dual frequency N routers were too expensive. I don't love it or hate it, it does the job.

Its good but not what I spected.

  • Summary: Truly this router has an excellent internet menu, but the hard that it is to configure, and the close range I achieve with it drop his qualities alot. It is fast but very close range like 200 sqft, so If you want a long range router buy another one... But if you need a fAST close range buy this one.

If you need to speed or range go for it

Chuck Bittner "Disabled comedian & gamer!", Amazon

  • Summary: Here's the situation, if you need to expand your wireless coverage on a G. network or B. then this router will do the trick. Have been using this for more than a week now and the throughput is amazing, superfast. All my G. signals are pegged! N. products will not be out for about a year. So if you drop the cash on this bad boy. You'll have some time before that standard comes out. And it will improve your reception of any networks you have up and running now.

Good ..With some Tweak

Amazon Customer "TW", Amazon
6 June 2008
  • Summary: Bought this router since I am moving to a new place. Previous routers are Linksys or 3com. So time to try Belkin. Initial impression, looks are impressing. Setting up is easy. There are some problems that I encountered i.e. losing connection, etc, but after research the internet, things can be solved by upgrading the firmware to the latest one. Now, I am happy with the Belkin N1. So if you have problem with your Belkin, try this: 1.

Belkin Pre-N

sageitsolutions, Ebay
13 May 2008
  • Summary: I have mixed experiences with this product. The first one I got failed after only a few months, but they did replace it for me. I am able to wirelessly (using 300mpbs N speed) to watch Netflix steaming videos from their site without any buffering. I used the Belkin N PCMCIA card in an older laptop and it worked great. It also worked great in my friends newer laptop using my router. All of the other features do what I want as far as security and networking.
