Summary: Worst router I have ever used. Go with a linksys router, way better brand. This thing can't hold a connection, have to reset a couple times a day because it doesn't want to work with my modem. I can plug directly into my modem and it works fine while this is claiming theres no internet connection.
Summary: this the best router on the market, I think Cisco finally catching on. But, the range of the Belkin hands down beats all of its competitors, I can go two houses away and still have great coverage. Router location is in the basement
Summary: I bought this router after reading online reviews (from 2006 and again from 2010) that it had great range. It does. At 500 feet, my laptop still got 2 bars and 1Mbps download data rate. (And much, much faster at close range.
Summary: I will have to return this router... I thought it was a bargain but it's just too unreliable! The throughput is terrible and the firewall is a miserable excuse for one. Configuration options are poor and limited. Spend the money and buy a decent router. The tech support is supremely poor.
Summary: It's great if you have multiple items to be plugged in directly into the Ethernet ports. Wireless is damn awful. Constantly drops wireless signal, needs constant restart to connect wirelessly. Not worth the price, not made for gaming.
Summary: Router runs fine when in unsecured mode. When security is activated, it works for a short period of time then shuts down all wireless connectivity. Belkin refuses to provide fix or replacement.
Summary: This router caused frequent disconnects with the PSN, even when I bought a long Ethernet cord and wired it in directly. I tried various settings found online to clear this issue up, some of which were not available in the router configuration page. Nothing worked.
