Summary: I live in a 3 story condo and it struggled to get through all of the "interference." My speed tests were super slow when 3 floors away, fast when on the same floor, but even then I found myself resetting it very often.
Summary: I had this router during 9 months and I was not satisfied at all. The slightest small jolt (flash of lighting, thunder, even rain, residential electric variation, sometimes nothing) made that I lost the connection and had to disconnect / reconnect the router.
Summary: Avoid this router. I bought it specifically for Wireless "N" capabilities and ASUS's reputation for good quality/price (i.e. laptops). But installation was a nightmare (unclear instructions & interface) even for someone reasonably tech-savvy - had to improvise to get it to work.
Summary: The router works fine so long as you have stable internet. If you have an unstable connection, your browsing will be randomly interrupted with an unhelpful "ASUS Error page" - it intercepts your web browsing and redirects your browser requests to its own page, which only tell you that the connection...
Not happy AT ALL with Asus Router, beware before you buy (find out how the after sales service is for any product)

Summary: I had bought a previous version of the router and after 3-4 days the problems started flowing in like a tsunami. Due to frequent drops in signals, I followed online advice from a forum to upgrade the firmware using Asus's site.
